Course provides fundamental leadership, public administration and ethics training for animal welfare professionals working in government operated animal care and control agencies. Topics covered include understanding politics, working with elected officials, essential management practices, critical leadership skills, ethics in the workplace, and public administration techniques to help you build a solid foundation, plan ahead, and begin developing the basis for obtaining the necessary support and resources for our organization to provide quality programs and services.

Jennifer has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and nearly 20 years of experience in local government and has been the Director of OC Animal Care for the past 4 1/2 years.
