Topics covered include understanding politics, working with elected officials, essential management practices, critical leadership skills, ethics in the workplace, and public administration techniques to help you build a solid foundation, plan ahead, and begin developing the basis for obtaining the necessary support and resources for our organization to provide quality programs and services.

Jennifer has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and nearly 20 years of experience in local government and has been the Director of OC Animal Care for the past 4 1/2 years.
